 Terms and Conditions of Brisbane French Festival Raffle:

Everyone can participate in the Brisbane French Festival Raffle.
All raffle tickets cost $5 each and must be purchased on, or before, Saturday 16 July 2011.
Raffle prizes drawn at Southbank Cultural Forecourt, Brisbane QLD on Saturday 16 July 2010:

5th prize at 11.55 am
4th prize at 1.20 pm
3rd prize at 2.45 pm
2nd prize at 3.45 pm
1st prize at 5.15 pm

Winners do not need to be present at the draw and will be notified by telephone or email. Results will be posted at www.brisbanefrenchfestival.com.au after the event.

All prizes must be claimed by Wednesday 31 August 2011. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash or exchange. Travel must be completed by the specified time period as indicated below.

All prizes are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective suppliers.
Each winner of a prize from one of these 5 different raffles won’t be eligible to participate in the other draws.

• Ticket(s) won may be utilised in any season, but travel is subject to availability in V class. It is appreciated that you give us at least 7 working days prior notice from the intended travel date, but we suggest booking your travel date as early as possible to ensure availability.
• Staff and family of Air France, Alliance Française and related partners are ineligible to compete.
• Travel must commence prior to the date of 16 July 2012.
• The Air France ticket is based on Economy Class travel in V Class.
• Travel between Australia and Asia is to be on the services of Qantas.
• Travel between Asia (Singapore or Hong-Kong) and Paris is to be on the services of Air France.
• Validity of the ticket(s) is 6 months from the date of departure and all tickets are to be used together, on the same travel date.
• You can depart from any of the following cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
• Air France prize winner’s tickets are not transferable, not cash-redeemable, non-upgradeable and their validity cannot be extended. (The winner of the ticket(s) must be among the travelers)
